What is "Touch Streets?"

It is a mission to change the world by helping people make positive change their lives. It isn't a company, nor a nonprofit. It is something that the world has never seen before. You can read more about the creators below.

Why did we create "Touch Streets?"

"Touch Streets" was created because Luke and John were pushed to moments in their lives where change was necessary. They have implemented many changes in their lives and have found purpose and fulfillment in helping others do the same.

How did "Touch Streets" succeed?

"Touch Streets" created success by helping individuals on the streets of NYC map out their goals, conducting countless public speaking events and opening revolutionary elevation centers across the United States.

Luke Timm

In high school, Luke was an elite athlete. He broke 4 New York State football records as a wide receiver at Our Lady of Lourdes High School. He received an offer to play D1 football at Princeton University and that is where he continued his education. However, while accomplishing all of these amazing things, he was heavily abusing drugs and alcohol. For him, there was no need to change his habits because everything in his life was going great. At Princeton, that changed very fast. He got himself into trouble with the football team and ended up getting arrested and kicked out of school for drug possession. That is where he decided to make a complete change in his life. He went sober. He got himself back in Princeton and back on to the football team. Now, nearly 5 years of sobriety later, Luke is determined to help others make positive change in their lives. Luke currently works in finance in NYC. He mentors young men struggling with sobriety and helps them elevate themselves. Luke is extremely active on Instagram (@LukeTimm) and posts a lot of content centered around the benefits of sobriety.

John Timm

In high school, John Timm was able to balance it all. He was a straight A student, captain of his varsity basketball and golf teams, student government leader, and a socially active kid. From the outside, John was perceived as basically “perfect.” At SUNY Binghamton, John was able to complete his bachelor’s and MBA in a total of 4 years, he was a leader in his fraternity, he worked with a variety of startups and had a job as a financial analyst set up for after graduation. It was “picture perfect”. However, on his last night of college, he had his first ever panic attack and that was the beginning of steep downfall. In just a few months, John’s battle with mental health worsened to a point where insomnia, appetite loss and suicidal thoughts were prominent issues and one morning John needed to make a big change in his life. He needed to ask for serious help and admit himself into a psychiatric center. He spent 11 nights in the hospital. A lot could be said about his time there, but it did help him stabilize and stop spiraling downward. After leaving the hospital, John started an initiative called “No Man Sits Alone” where he built Adirondack chairs to raise awareness and money for men’s mental health. The initiative had a ton of success, but John’s focus has shifted from being the guy with depression to that guy that wants to help others elevate their lives in creative ways.
